This policy explains what personal data we collect when you subscribe to ION Model, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it short and only collect what we need.
1. Who we are
ION Model ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and the ION Model online store at ionmodel.com. We are the controller of your personal data.

2. What data we collect
- When you subscribe: your email address (and your name, if you provide it).
- We do not collect special category (sensitive) personal data.
- This landing page uses no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party tracking scripts.
3. Why we use your data & our legal basis
We use your email address to:
- send you the discount code you requested, and
- send occasional updates about ION Model products and new releases.
Our legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you tick the consent box and confirm your subscription. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 6).
4. Who processes your data
We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS / Brevo) to store our subscriber list and send emails on our behalf, acting as our data processor under a data processing agreement. Your email may be processed on Brevo's infrastructure. See Brevo's privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our active mailing list within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal obligations.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
You can unsubscribe using the link in any email, or exercise any of these rights by emailing contact@ionmodel.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) — uodo.gov.pl.
7. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Form submissions and emails are transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
